Solar energy and heat pumps: our green heart
Photovoltaic and solar panels:
we autonomously produce electricity and hot water thanks to our photovoltaic and solar panels. We harness the power of the sun to minimize our environmental impact, without sacrificing your comfort.
Heat pump:
for heating and cooling, we use a modern heat pump. An efficient and ecological system that allows us to guarantee the ideal temperature in every season, with a significant reduction in CO2.
LED lighting:
throughout the facility, we use energy-saving light bulbs. A small daily gesture that helps to reduce energy consumption and to illuminate your stay in a more sustainable way.
From our waste, a new resource.
Domestic composting and chickens:
through domestic composting and the help of our chickens, we transform kitchen waste into a precious natural fertilizer. The chickens, in addition to giving us fresh eggs every day, take care of disposing of most of our food scraps, closing a virtuous cycle that enriches our garden and our plants in a completely natural way, without the use of chemical products.
Differentiated waste collection:
we are very proud of our waste management. Thanks also to the commitment of our municipality of Terre Roveresche, which boasts a high percentage of differentiated waste collection, we meticulously recycle everything.
Rainwater harvesting
Water resources are precious. For this reason, we have installed a system for collecting and reusing rainwater to irrigate our garden and nourish our plants. This way, we reduce the consumption of drinking water, contributing to preserving our environment.
Green charging for your electric vehicle
We support sustainable mobility. We provide our guests with a charging station for electric vehicles, to allow you to explore the area in complete tranquillity and respect for the environment. We ourselves, in fact, get around in an electric car, testing the benefits of this choice every day.
Zero-km products and other attentions
Sustainability, for us, also comes from the table. We offer breakfasts with homemade products and ingredients from local producers. This way, we guarantee freshness, quality, and support the economy of our territory.
